Order and delivery policy

In order to achieve your maximum satisfaction, and ensure that you receive your purchases in a timely manner; we work at Kilo

Fish on preparing your purchases starting from your order through the website or application, then they are prepared and delivered to your home

On the earliest available day, using refrigerated and dedicated vehicles that guarantee product quality.

Terms and Conditions:

● The order will be delivered to you in special refrigerated vehicles, per kilo of fish.

● The order execution period takes from one to seven days, depending on the region.

● If you are not present at the specified address, the order will be delivered to anyone else present at the address.

● When you choose to deliver your order to another location, a delivery fee of 20 riyals will be added to the new location.

Provided that the location is in the same city.

● If you do not receive the order in any of the following cases:

◽ Not answering the call.

◽ Not accepting the request.

◽Ignore the request for any reason.

Within a maximum period of 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled and its value will not be refunded.

● Delivery to Riyadh:

◽ Orders are placed every Monday and Thursday of the week.

◽ The order is prepared one day in advance.

◽ We stop receiving orders at 3pm.

◽The order will be sent on the delivery day.

● Delivery to Al-Ahsa:

◽ Orders are placed every Tuesday of the week.

◽ The order is prepared in advance on the same day.

◽ We stop receiving orders before 12:00 PM.

◽The order will be sent on the delivery day.

● Delivery to Jubail and Ras Tanura:

◽ Orders are placed every Wednesday of the week.

◽ The order is prepared in advance on the same day.

◽ We stop receiving orders before 11:00 AM.

◽The order will be sent on the delivery day.

● Delivery to Qatif, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran:

◽ Orders are placed daily.

◽ The order is prepared in advance on the same day.

◽ We stop receiving orders before 2pm.

◽The order will be sent within one to three days.

Submit application:

When you order through the website, you will receive a message on your mobile phone or email containing the details.

Your order: (order number and status), and our team will contact you to determine the appropriate delivery date for you.
